We know that staff have been working tirelessly to care for the residents physical, mental and emotional health and provide a range of activities to keep the residents entertained and simulated as they miss visits from family and friends.
Technology has been a blessing to keep people connected and in touch with loved ones who are missing their regular visits. At The Daisie Chain we know that many residents in aged care are exceptionally talented and rarely get the opportunity to showcase their skills and so have created The Seniors Spectacular!!
The Seniors Spectacular is a showcase of talent in aged care, an opportunity for residents to show the rest of the world their talents. We will work with facilities to support them to prepare and film musical or dance items which will then be edited into digital concert to be given to family members.
This is an amazing opportunity to shine a light on the senior members of our community and give back to the facilities and families.
